Born and raised in Boston, Joe has been involved with the industry since he was a teenager, ultimately acquiring his Master Plumber's license, HVAC license, refrigerant certification, and small builder's license in New Jersey. His extensive knowledge of all forms of heat, including steam heating systems, coupled with his innate ability to diagnose and solve problems ensure that you are always taken care of.
